Goals for 2010

Well, I just got done eating the most amazing Argentinean meal, complete with a glass or two of red wine. Feeling completely full, I watched The Line, or La Linea, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1111918/, to complete my day. It was ok, kinda confusing.

I also wrote a new song, I started writing it about 3 weeks ago in my car when I was so exhausted that I was just playing around, and I had my recorder in my car so I recorded it, then I expanded it just randomly, and it worked out to be a really good song, a little twisted because of the context, but it's different I like it.

I ended up not going to record, I don't know why but I am getting a sore throat and it turns out my producer had a gig at 6:30 so we would only be able to get a couple of hours in, so I stayed in and rested instead of trying to push it, so I can be better tomorrow. We start at 12:00pm.

I still did not get my jacket from that bar.

But, the whole reason I wanted to start this blog was to follow my goals in 2010, I'm going to be the only one in the world to follow my New Year's Resolution for the whole year. This is going to keep me motivated, and hopefully my friends and family will too :D

Here are some of them, I'm not going to list them all:

Start Jan 1 at 12:00am

Workout 5 days a week (I'm not talking hard core fitness here either)

Eating healthy, EXPAMPLE: egg whites, fruit, veggies, tea, fish, brown rice.

Taking a cup of superfood or something like that and flaxseed oil every morning.

Taking vitamins everyday.

No alcohol

No smoking

No coffee

No fattening food, fast food, or heavy desserts

Read at least 30 min a day

Research every Sunday how to be healthy, a better you, religion, new books, new tips ect.

Yoga or Pilates 3 times a week.

Pay off any and all debt.

Learn Spainish

Take a trip to Europe

Do some Charity

These are all the things I want to do, it's not like I'm forcing myself. I'm going to make other goals too, like saving for a trip to Europe, and playing a show with my new music, and all that jazz, but this is just to start. I'm going to keep them in a file in my computer so I can go and add more as time goes on.

It seems like a lot when I look at it, but that's only because I sleep 12 hours a day, and only have 12 hours to do anything, and I usually sit around for 2 hours in the morning so that's really only 10 hours, and I sit around for 2 hours at night so that's 8 hours, and you have to add drive time, so the days just slip away for me sometimes, I don't want that anymore.

So if I start moving early I can get it all done.

We'll see how it goes, I'm not one to give up, and it's all on me now.

I have to wake up in 8 hours, so I gotta to go to bed.

:)
